MMA training

Students will be taught all aspects of mixed martial arts. Boxing, Muay thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling. Students will have the ability to defend themselves and if they desire to compete.

Boxing 101

 This class is designed for people of all ages who desire to learn how to box .  Students learn the basics of boxing  correct punching,  proper footwork, head movement ect.  All classes are designed to develop the fitness level, coordination and focus of the students through multiple aspects of boxing training.


Women will get a great workout burning tons of calories while gaining speed, endurance, balance and learn how to box and defend themselves.


Fight team- Boxing for Jesus

Tampa Bay Boxing's Fight Team is for the boxers who

want to compete. Fighters will be taught Olympic style boxing, how to compete and win in a safe positive environment.

Personal training at Tampa Bay Boxing is available Monday - Friday from 12am-8:30pm and on weekends from 12am-3pm.

Open Gym

Open gym is for the boxer to use the facility for their own training purposes. For the competitive boxer to train with their coaches.  This time period is for anyone who wants to workout at their own pace and get light instruction.


Fitness enthusiasts have become interested in Boxing training as a means to improve their athletic endeavors. In response to this interest, we created Boxing Fitness Classes. These workouts are challenging and varied.  We give you superior workouts, and provide the motivation to achieve amazing results. Benefits of Tampa Bay Boxing Fitness Classes: Burn calories, lose fat, and replace it with lean muscle.  Every class is an all around full body workout.  Boxing is all about strengthening the core, stomach, glutes and thighs.  Classes are continuously mixed up to challenge you.
